Pineapple Salsa

Pineapple Salsa
Great served with grilled meats, poultry, seafood and beef 

2 cups diced fresh pineapple
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
2 green onions, minced

1 lime, juice and zest
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely minced
Sea salt, to taste

Toss all ingredients together. Adjust seasoning according to taste. Chill until ready to serve.
