Bing Cherry Sauce

Bing Cherry Sauce (for ice cream)
4 servings

1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Pitted Fresh Bing Cherries
1/4 Cup Cherry Juice
2 T. Orange Juice Concentrate
1 T. Lemon Juice (Fresh Squeezed)
1 t. Lemon
& Orange Zest (Minced)
Pinch Nutmeg
2 t. Cinnamon
3 T. Butter

In sauté pan over High Heat add brown sugar, Cherries, Juice, Zest, Spice and bring to simmer cooking until slightly thick.  Add Butter swirling into the liquid while boiling.  Allow to cool slightly and serve over ice-cream.
