3 Ea. Yams Cut
into Thick slices
2 Tb. Olive oil
2 tsp. Kosher Salt
2 Tsp Fresh Cracked Pepper
¼ Cp. Maple mustard sauce
2 Tb. Olive oil
2 tsp. Kosher Salt
2 Tsp Fresh Cracked Pepper
¼ Cp. Maple mustard sauce
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Toss yams, olive oil and seasoning together and lay on sheet pan. Roast for 15 minutes, then turn oven up to
440 degrees and finish until golden brown approximately 15 more minutes. Let rest and serve with Dijon maple sauce.
Maple Dijon Sauce
1 Cp. Pure Maple
syrup
½ Cp. Dijon Mustard
½ Cp. Dijon Mustard
Wisk together until well incorporated and reserve to
service.
